Dos & Don'ts

You CAN:

  • create new accounts and contacts
  • edit existing accounts, contacts or leads
  • qualify leads to turn them into a contact, account and opportunity
  • create, edit and close opportunities
  • create and edit competitors
  • create new views and dashboards
  • send e-mails to Carl ZEISS GOM Metrology from a customer account, a sales opportunity, a lead or an existing installation

You CANNOT:

  • access leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities of other GOM Metrology partners
  • delete any data records from the Portal
  • create or edit install base records
  • create new views and dashboards
  • save filters as a new view
