What is Partner Engagement Portal?

A portal is a website that is connected to Carl ZEISS GOM Metrology Dynamics 365, which allows non-CRM users to view and maintain the CRM data.

What entities can be found in the Portal?

Leads, customer accounts and contacts, sales opportunities, install and competitor data bases.

What can I do in the Portal?

• Receive (and in some cases download) leads from Carl ZEISS GOM Metrology GmbH.
• Create and track the status of your leads and opportunities through the sales cycle in real time.
• Consult the global install base, using it as a reference for on-going projects or referring to the technical details of a particular installation.
• Keep your customer data (e.g. addresses) up-to-date.
• For the regions where a registration model applies, partners can register their sales opportunities for approval.

Do other distributors see my leads, customer data and / or sales pipeline?

• No. Every Partner can access only his own leads, accounts, contacts, installations and opportunities.

How do I log into the Partner Portal?

Sign in is executed via ZEISS ID. Please use the same log-in credentials as you do for other ZEISS platforms (e.g. Library, ZEISS Quality Training Center, Suite, Software Store, etc.).
