Below you can find the list of the latest updates implemented in the Partner Engagement Portal.
 

20.04.2023

  • Forecast category replaces Probability in opportunities.
  • (Marketing) activities of contacts are now visible in contacts overview and within each contact.
  • Create new opportunity masks updated to include more mandatory fields
  • "GOM Partner Sales" under Leads updated to be faster and user-friendly.

08.09.2022

  • Leads have been added to the partner portal. Partners do not create leads on their own, but get those assigned by CZ GOM Metrology for further qualifying. 
  • Estimated Order Date field substitutes Realization Year & Quarter in opportunities. Important for forecasting are the month and the year of the respective est. order date.
  • Company Name and Address fields in accounts have now limited amount of digits one can enter. This is due to CZ GOM Metrology being synchronized with Zeiss master data governance standards.

11.11.2021

  • Market segmentation is implemented for opportunities and accounts. It is mandatory when creating a new or updating an existing opportunity.
  • Customer ID of the customer account is now displayed directly in the installation.

21.09.2021

  • GOM Partner Sales and Estimated Order Value fields are mandatory in opportunities. 
  • City and Street 1 fields are mandatory in accounts. 
  • Definitions are added for probability and estimated order value in opportunities.
  • Registration Request checkbox is set automatically per default for all opportunities created in the Partner Portal. The field is visible, but not editable.
  • Estimated Order Value and Currency fields are placed next to each other in the opportunity.
